What we do
DictaFlex is a secure dictation and documentation platform. You speak, or upload a recording, and DictaFlex produces a structured draft — a clinical note, a letter, a report or a case record — which you review and approve before it is finalised. Nothing is filed on your behalf without your sign-off.
Who we build for
Clinicians and clinical teams, solicitors and legal practices, and professionals in other document-heavy fields such as surveying, accountancy, insurance and social care. Small practices use DictaFlex on their own; larger organisations run it across teams with roles, review queues and audit trails.
How we work
Security and traceability come first. Access is role-based, activity is audit-logged, and every document keeps its version history. We build in reviewable phases and freeze each part of the product once it has passed its checks, so improvements never quietly break what already works.
