AI drafts; people decide. DictaFlex never finalises, sends or files a document without a human approving it. Every draft is editable, and every change is recorded.

We collect only what the service needs, keep records inside the workspace that created them, and restrict access by role. Recordings and documents are not used to train third-party models.

We say what the product does and what it does not do yet. If something is in progress or unavailable, we tell you rather than dressing it up.
