The services and hardware DictaFlex is built on and works with.
Workspace data, documents and audit records are held in a managed cloud database with role-based access control and encryption in transit and at rest.
DictaFlex supports more than one transcription engine, so a practice can choose the provider it is comfortable with and switch without losing its documents.
Subscriptions and invoices are processed by a regulated payment provider. Card details never touch DictaFlex servers.
Professional dictation microphones are supported, including Philips SpeechMike record, stop and rewind controls, alongside standard headsets and laptop microphones.
Practice and advisory partners
We are building a named list of clinical and legal practices who advise on our templates and review workflow. We only publish an organisation's name with its written permission, so this list stays deliberately short until those approvals are in place.
