Terms of service
These terms govern your use of DictaFlex. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The agreement
DictaFlex is provided by New Age Bridge Ltd (Company Number 16701376), registered office 18 Elizabeth Fry Place, SE18 4LA. These terms, together with our privacy policy, form the agreement between us.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace. You must be old enough and authorised to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use DictaFlex unlawfully, upload content you have no right to process, attempt to breach security or access other workspaces, resell the service without agreement, or use it to produce misleading records. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Professional responsibility
DictaFlex assists with documentation. It does not give clinical, legal or financial advice, and automated output may contain errors. You remain professionally responsible for checking and approving every document before it is used, sent or relied upon.
5. Plans, payment and trials
Subscription features and prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Free-plan usage limits apply as described there. We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Consumer cancellation rights under UK law are unaffected. Otherwise, part-periods are not refunded except where the law requires it.
7. Your content
You keep all rights in your recordings, documents and templates. You grant us only the permission needed to host and process them to deliver the service. We do not use them for advertising or to train third-party models.
8. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may carry out maintenance or change features to improve the product.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data where you have not kept your own records.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or non-payment, giving notice where practical.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email before they take effect.
